Most airlines that accept dogs in the cabin have a rule that says you must be able to nurse the dog on your lap and they are not allowed on the seat. I'm surprised to see this dog in the picture has his own seat. I would have thought that people with large assistance dogs would be given seats at the front of the cabin where there is more leg room. That way the dog can sit on the floor.
