if Newcastle where really sold, it would be from Saudi Arabia or UAE, and it would be the top three richest in both countries, and it would be political reason's for them to buy a club here, because PSG is owned by the richest person from Qatar, and the Saudis are not happy about that, and if Ashley was really selling he would lower the price from 380 to 310.
