It seems that you are talking about the housemates themselves as their names are involved, and both (surprise surprise) seem to be two people you've dissed quite a lot on the forum.

Big Brother is a show of entertainment.
Nikki and Chanelle both provided entertainment
As did Charley (not personally for me, as Im sure N + C didnt for others)

Any characters whether they be wannabes, childish, immature, blah should be allowed on Big Brother, as long as they aren't boring.
