It works the same as posting a YouTube vid, get the number at the end of the link and post it with [tweet]

Take the numbers at the end of that link and put them between [tweet][/tw•eet] (without the dot)

So...

[tweet]948514026413322240[/tw•eet] (again without the dot)

So you get;
