tbh I just rolled my eyes when I read the OP, this is exactly the kind of **** I've been predicting for years...that they want rid of civilian and would ideally want to run two (or God forbid three) CBB's a year. And as for reducing civilian...what???? How can they reduce it anymore?! It's almost the same length as a CBB FFS
