I think I remember reading that she struggled to conceive and suffered a number of miscarriages and then gave birth to a boy premature and he died of a hernia (?) or some other condition just before his first birthday. Then her mum committed suicide not long after.

oh god, that's horrific, I don't know how any parent could get over losing a child (and clearly she hasn't ) I echo MB here though, imagine your job is hiding in the bushes and taking pictures of a clearly broken woman
