Actually I might as well assign a small part of your first task before it starts, because otherwise it could cause a big delay.

Karl, your responsibility for this task is to assign all of your fellow detectives - and yourself - a number from 1 to 17. The numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall only really be elligible to take part in this task, but that's not to say the other numbers aren't important

Your first task shall be called Taking One for the Team. Detectives 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall face an interrogation from yours truly and the success of the task shall depend upon them.

Detective one's questions shall concern history. Detective two will need to brush up on their music. Detective three shall receive the killer question. Detective four will have to face some fears. Detective five will need to answer tactically. That's all the clues you're receiving for now, and the full task details shall be posted on the launch. You may decide who shall take which number - both task participants and the other 12 numbers - by submitting a final list of seventeen in bold in this thread, Karl.
