How many English clubs would qualify for Europe? is it still 4 or 5?

5 but there can only be a maximum of 5. If City and Liverpool win the CL and EL but both finish outside the top four then 4th won't get a CL spot

So I'm guessing
Leicester, Man City, Arsenal would be Group Stage
3rd Place and Liverpool would Playoff
4th goes to Europa League Group Stage?
