The fact is, the penalty was given and Utd are through. End of really. The refs decision was a penalty after reviewing VAR so that's that.

Decisions go for and against teams all the time, in every game - its only when a decision goes for a team that you don't support that people complain. Were it given to their team - nothing would be said.

Doesnt mean we're not allowed to debate it. It's not just about this one decision either, it's a wider issue of how and when VAR should be used and I think I've said quite a few times I don't like it

But VAR doesn't over ride the referee on the field, he is invited to take a closer look at the video evidence, but the decision is still the refs at the end of the day

here in our dutch competition, they are so pro-ajax, and anti-psv for example bc of that ajax-psv rivalry, and KNVB is pro-ajax

VAR is showing how much the handball rule is based on interpretation.

Does anyone think they should consider changing the rule so that if the ball hits a hand (whether it was accidental or not) in the penalty box they should give a free kick, and only give a penalty if it stops a shot on goal?

I've always thought that I'll see Everton win the league someday, it's just when that day comes is what's gonna be hard to predict.

And with Manchester United I think that some of their players lack match fitness, and some of the players seem like they have a terrible attitude when it comes to try and winning a game imo, I could never imagine Vincent Kompany for example being so half-hearted for that Huddersfield goal like Luke Shaw was yesterday.

As Girth has said, Man Utd need an overhaul and fast.
