Surely their budget is like 10x more than The Challenge, yet the Challenge can afford to send its cast to 2 different locations in one season

Some of the earlier seasons were good but it's pretty bad now.

Survivor + alcohol = ****ty gameplay but great drama.
Also The Challenge is a hell of a lot harder than Survivor physically, last episode they had them on a glacier for 2 days.

not if you want good gameplaying or anything like that. The challenges themselves are good, but it becomes the same thing again and again after a while. More drama than Survivor though but that's because they basically feed them only alcohol

It has got a hell of a lot harder over the years, The final challenge is brutal, I wouldn't be surprised if someone was to die on the show in the upcomming years, no joke.

But then again, the trailer for RW Austin made it look like it'd be the best season ever.

One of the main problems with the Challenges are the awful, boring repetition of JEK running **** for no reason.
