Everything Ali said there though was 100% facts. Remeber how Khaled reacted when Hannah spoke to him about the angry black woman. He was so desperate to turn that around.

The only problem with her commentary is that it work both ways... if he's quick to correct problems for himself and other HMs, then what is it she has been doing?... She's constantly managing other people's impressions and is obviously concerned about first impressions, and she can only ride the "I'm a psychologist" angle for so long before she's accused of the exact same things...
