Just made my most disgusting smoothie to date. Ew. Same ingredients i've used before but wrong amounts and 2 extra ones I added because I didn't have fruit juice.

way too much Kale, mango, cherries, yoghurt...I din't have my fruit juice so I added a lot of lemon juice from the bottle and on top a lot of 80p juice you mix with water...was so vile. I feel sick!! It was so delicious yesterday.

How unhealthy is dark chocolate? I bought lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate and it tastes awful but chocolate is chocolate and I'm trying to be all healthy so I resisted buying any nice Cadbury stuff. I don't understand any ingredients/nutrition information but it says per 100g, fat = 46g, of which saturates = 28g, carbs = 19g, of which sugars = 14g, and protein = 11g.

Milk chocolate has loads of fillers in it, when you see a percentage like that on chocolate you know how pure it is.

Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants
Contains essential minerals such as potassium and iron
You get the feel-good endorphins that you would from milk chocolate too

You should still check the calories though.

Sounds good then

Under energy it says 2210kj/530kcal which I don't understand either but even if it's a lot, I can't eat much of this at once anyway so it'll probably last a few days unlike a milk chocolate bar which I devour in a few minutes

Should be pretty low calorie if you just eat a few squares. It really depends on your age, maybe download the "my fitness pal" app if you are interested in keeping track.

2 toasts and marmite.

Having home made venison & cherry pie with mash & broad beans tonight. Just soaking the venison in a bit of red wine. Nom.

I am very lucky though, one of my best friends is a gamekeeper

My boyfriend broke them off the bar and gave them to me, if it was me I would have taken at least four.
