It wasn't a legitimate pact in the first place though. Winston suggested it and Helen and Ash pressured it. The others just agreed out of peer pressure. If they got £25k it belongs to the winner and NOBODY else. The winner has the right to do what they like with it

I don't know about there being peer pressure on them.

All I seen was the housemates agreeing to share the money. And the person who won keeping that money would mean they broke the pact.

There no other way to see it as far as I'm concerned.
