I know it was so odd... I genuinely don't know why she was disliked. She could be slightly two-faced in the DR but that's no reason for the reception she got.

Claire was evicted in a landslide against the future winner of the series who was still on a high after the Nasty Nick blowout.
And Melanie was single. Claire was in a relationship for nine years (!!!)

"Was kissing" is correct. She was kissing. It doesn't matter how many times it happened. Kissing occured. She looked like a slag to the public. Simple as that. Didn't matter if she was black, green or red. |

And Nick and Stuart Wilson both came 5th in their series, and the girls got all the blame for them being users, and tossers.

....hmmm, I haven't got past the first series/example with this and Melanie...I don't know, I would say from what I recall, if there was any 'ist' involved, it would be more sexist as she was extremely popular..(from what I recall..)...until she became more flirty and don't BB audiences hate FLIRTY ..

And two other people and still received 69% to be evicted.
But tbh it's more sexism than racism anyway because look at how Pete Bennett and Nick from this year got away with going from girl to girl. But on the racist front again in this series Kieran received more votes to be evicted than Sarah? That is very odd considering Kieran for the most part was a chilled out guy, I know that Chloe and Danny being extremely boring protected them, but no way would Sarah have beaten Kieran if he was a white guy, not with some of her behaviour and her look. Then I also do get what people mean with Brian Belo as well, he had no black culture about him at all and he won, a bit odd don't you think? And we've had big twats like Charlie Drummond survive eviction votes, so if he can survive them with ease then why can't the black contestants (especially the women) be allowed to survive an eviction vote when the other person up for the vote has done the usual “immorality” act that the public usually votes out?

To be fair to Pete, it wasn't a case of going from girl to girl, it was a few girls constantly going for him.
I seem to remember he'd just sit there whilst slags like Lea would stick their tits in his face etc. |

How do we know Kieran received more votes? Did Emma say they were evicted in order?

This whole "Brian Belo doesn't act black" is worrying tbh.
How was he different to any other 20 something black guy? |

There's nothing wrong with Brian's behaviour, it's just interesting what the public elected as their first black winner is all.
And Kieran did receive more votes than Sarah because he came out at the same time as Harriet. And Pete could've told the girls no, but never did, just like Noirin.

Well he was ahead of her on all of the polls, including the mainstream ones.
Plus Emma never said that it was in no particular order.
