What were West Ham thinking subbing a cold 0 minutes player to take the penalty?

Seems like a very silly decision.

Noble apparently has one of the best penalty taking records across Europe whereas Rice has taken two and missed one ...

Ray Stewart would have buried that. He's the best penalty taker I ever saw for the Iron. Played right back in the eighties, he used to blast his penalties in.
