Had a Weetabix and some Corn Flakes this morning

Then about 4ish I had a giant crumpet with butter and a Latte Machiatto from the Tassimo machine

Then it got to about 8pm and we ordered a takeaway and I had a spicy chicken burger with chips, salad and some mayo... Plus three cans of lager...

Gym in the morning thank God!

I also dislike almond milk in hot drinks, I always use soy milk. I never liked skimmed milk in tea or coffee either though.

Great breakfast though, blueberries in porridge is one of my favourites

I ended up having a few chips from the air fryer dipped in a mixture of mayo, spicy ketchup and garlic powder
