As others have suggested, the 80-90 hopefuls may have all been told they ARE a housemate and ARE going in the house.
They all won't know there's 79-89 other people competing againt them to go into the house - so I think BB will have told them, when they go into hiding they ARE in fact a fully pledged housemate - then their dreams will be crushed when they find out what is happening on Launch Night

Be convinced or been convinced? They all know that they're place in the house isn't guaranteed unless their chosen, that they're stay at Elstree could be a measley 3 days (hiding starts tomorrow).

Yes, it would have been too expensive to send all 80-90 hopefuls away for weeks before the show starts, however, 3 days is bad !!

They will know about the twist, they will know about the house - in fact they will have SEEN the house pictures.

I know if I was going in and a BB producer told me to stay clear of house pictures, I'd want a tiny, little peek at them!

Sorry I understood wrong.... he is still home, he's going tomorrow, he just invited us round his house tonight as he "wont see us in a while". Thought he was already gone.

im guessing the actual housemates have been in hiding for a while and the other 75 or so only go in tommorow

It doesnt really matter how much these guys know as its not them going in so....
