I don't mind the girl really, but lately she's gotten very sneaky. That could be just a natural occurence when you consider that they've been in the house for two weeks now and bored but still, she does have a bitchy side to her alright.

Sneaky? How?

She was the only one to tell SS to her face that she was looking tight, and even Ben and Mario say they like her and that she is one of the most honest people in the house.

Expain how she is 'sneaky' please?

Govan was her "little man". However, she needed to realise that he had been evicted, not executed.

She's starting to bitch and moan all the time, that's why. Plus slithering into rooms to overhear other people's convos and then relaying it to others doesn't rest well with me.

Well I thought she was enjoying every second of Sunshine's anguish and acted like one of Shabby's lieutenants to try ensure Sunshine got nominated this week therby saving their lardy asses.

Sorry vessy - I did like her before, but is now a Govan replacement.

So fickle, I guess the need to go with the herd gets us all sooner or later :P

She was the only honest one in that whole situation, she said it to SS and not behind her back, and she actually bought the whole situation to a much earlier end then if she hadnt said it. The general bitching vs SS would have gone on for hours and been a lot nastier if she hadnt.

I honestly don't agree with your interpretation of her actions or her 'enjoying it'. I saw nothing of that.

Examples?

You use a lot of emotive words there but give no substance... poor debate

If you have given the examples in different posts thats cool, just tell me and I will go read them. I hate retyping the same stuff again and again here as well.

If you havent... do you want to?

I haven't said anything emotive, and sure you're one to talk, calling all of us idiots because our views differ from yours in relation to Josie. People in glass houses and all of that.

You've gone Josie blind - the smirk on her face when Sunshine got upset said it all.

It did seem a bit too intrusive to me when they showed her in distress like that, I would have cut to the rest of the house.

Well I always wonder why they go in. They know they will most likely be booed because that is the game.

They have a psychological assessment and presumably they all passed.
If Govan had a problem with his sexuality he must have been considered to be balanced and allowed into the house ot he did not come clean with his worries in his assessment.
The only thing he had to offer the house was his sexuality and he thought that would keep him in.

It takes more than that to make a good housemate. Brian Dowling springs to mind.

No, I just don't change my view overnight on someone based on a heavily edited HL show and the weight of fashionable opinion, as is all too common around here.

All the reasons I support Josie are still true. I do not expect *anyone* in that house to be perfect, and I don't turn on them in a second if they are not. I only ask that they are basically honest funny generous people to get my support, and Josie hasnt been anything but that. I won't condem her just because she was friends with Govan, or because she gets on with the others such as Shabby.

If I see her actually being the person being described by the haters here I will join in the dissaproval, but I just havent. I have actually been objective in many posts about HMs I don't like but still want in the house to watch, so Josie dosent have to be one to be the other in my eyes.

I have stated my loathing for Ben plenty of times, but I have also said didnt even want him to leave on Friday... he is good TV for the time being after all. Same with Sunshine.

eh?

I didnt accuse you of anything, I only explained why you saying I had gone 'blind' wasnt correct.

as for Ben, I only mentioned him in the context of how I am pretty objective about who I want in the house, and that I dont defend them out of any percieved need to keep them in... I'm sorry, I honestly thought you would see that.

I thought I answered your post pretty well, I am sorry thats all you took from it.

OK - she wound Sunshine over crisps purely to try get the girl up for eviction. She smirked when the lass got uprset. She then used this ammunition with Shabby/Caoimmhe

Thats really how you saw it? I am suprised tbh

My perspective on it was that even the HLs showed her saying to SS 'If you don't share the crisps you will look tight', and that was the truth.

By not sharing the crisps SS DID look tight in the eyes of the house... thats just a fact, and she would have looked a lot worse as time went on without being told that.

Josie did not give her a sniff of grief over it past that point, and even her saying to the house what she had said to SS stopped the more hostile bitching from going on and on (though it obviously didnt halt it completely).

If I was in that house and I had the crips I personally would have thrown them in to the group pot, but thats me. Maybe thats why I see it differently to most here.

She later sat repeatedly and listened to SS air her view point calmly, even on the subject of her fears of being the most hated in the house (even to the point of saying she was on her period and she would soon be the most hated herself to make SS feel better)

Josie always smiles, when she is happy or when she is upset or nervous. In the latter it's obviously a defense mechanism that she uses to try to defuse situations that make her uncomfortable. It dosent make her evil or nasty.

Josie is used to communal living where everyone mucks in and throws it all into the pot for sharing ('care and share, thats the point') and I have no doubt she found it distasteful anyone having a personal food supply, but at least she said it directly to SS in a reasonable calm way. The fact that SS chose her later to sit with and chat about her perspective later on, when Josie actually comforted her, shows that she trusts Josie and wasnt offended with her in any way.

I know none of this will change your perspective, and nor do I expect it to, but it's just how I saw things.

Sorry kid - there is a difference between smiling as being a happy bunny and smirking at a nother's anguish. Josie did the latter and if you can't see that you are deluding yourself.

ok, one, I am probably older then you, or at least the same age, so lets not do the 'kid' thing maybe? It's pretty patronising and looks like your trying to devalue my points by assuming some kind of implied seniority instead of honest debate. Not mad or anything, just saying.

My point about her smile wasnt saying she was a 'happy bunny'... didnt you get that?

As for being 'deluded', well thats just opinion right? At least I expressed mine without trying to offend you.

No matter though, I am more then aware no one gets their mind changed on an internet forum (especially one based on personal insight) and I don't even think this blip is important enough to bang on about much more then I have.

It's a long way from the final yet, and Josie is almost universally popular in the house (even with SS) and won't be up any time in the near future, so plenty of time for opinions out here to flip flop (as they predictably will).

Lol. You have missed a lot if you weren't aware of their friendship. They were like a couple but without the sex.
