I know, I'm weird I'm a really fussy eater. I only tried pork about a year ago. Loads of meats I've never tried... lamb (don't want to), veal, prawns, crab...

I just stick to chicken, turkey and fish really.

Obviously I'd had some pork before, like hot dogs (well... if you want to be optimistic and think that's pork ) and bacon, but actual chops. Never had until I was at a friend's New Years party.

I apologise, but anyone who has a prime cut of steak well done has just ruined a good piece of meat.

Medium and less cooked is acceptable but as rare as possible without being raw is preferable.
