With my track record, its a good job that i've never been a betting man! ...But if I were a gambler...my pension would have been on Alex from midway through the first week!...anyway, good luck Vesavius.

I'd say Harry is the most liked overall on here, yet to meet anyone on here who dislike him anyway, can't say the same for any of the others

Aaron is dominating in all the polls, and as the last eviction showed, the online/forum audience is more powerful than ever, which I think is a lot to do with Facebook voting. People aren't just doing a couple of phone votes, they're voting a hundred plus times.

Alex may have more individual voters in the final, but a lot of those will be from people voting once or twice. Aaron has more of a diehard following who'll vote many, many times to see him win.

People on forums think more about the show and tend to favour the 'entertainers' whilst casual viewers favour the people they like and can relate to.

We have no evidence or examples to support the theory that Alex's supporters won't outnumber Aaron's out there AND vote as hard.

Just because people don't come to these forums, simply because they don't like the einvornment or poster attitude or whatever, dosne't mean they arnt committed voters. That's just assumption on your part.

I have to say though... IF your right, and this is true (which I don't think) then your saying that the most popular HM in the show will be cheated of her rightful victory by forum hardcores?

What a pathetic empty victory that would be.

Technically it's not cheating, because it is not against the rules to vote as many times as you like

Its not cheating but its not representative of who people actually want to win.

Exactly.

If people were only allowed one vote each week throughout the years, I wonder who would have won

I doubt Rachel would have won BB9, as apparently it was mass voting from DS that bumped her up (or so they claim)

Also, evictions would go much differently too IMO

I know we don't, no one knows for sure, everyone is making assumptions, doing guess work. I don't know why you'd think otherwise? That's just my view of how things will play out. If I knew for sure, I'd sell all my belongings and put it all on Aaron to win.

And how would that be cheating Alex out of winning exactly? That's like saying voting more than once is somehow underhand, just because someone else might not. If Aaron's fanbase is more willing to vote multiple times for him than Alex's, than he's absolutely the rightful winner.

Well yes, I have to agree with that Samuel...but I still want Alex to win!

Would be really interesting to see what the results would be actually if they did limit it to one vote per person

Because I know out there is a silent majority that feel as every bit as passionate on finals night about their fave as you do about yours.

Actually you have somewhat misunderstood my use of 'cheated'. I didn't mean to imply that multiple voting was cheating. Ofc it isn't... Thats obvious. I was using it in a looser sense. I was not claiming it was breaking any show rules, just to be clear. Tbh I am suprised so many people have leapt on the word considering the context it was used in, but no matter.

Please do not put words in my mouth by saying 'it's like saying...' though. I hate that.

IMO, a winner that needs the forums hardcores to vote 100+ times each to win isn't the popular winner at all, by defintion, and that makes their victory shallow and pathetic. A winner in name, but not in reality.

In a popularity show, IMO, the most popular should 'rightly' win, not the one that attracts the most fanatical minority fanbase. Thats just me though.

I can't remember one of my favourites winning, or even second choice JJ/
Shabby/Caoimhe last year lost, Angel/Freddie the year before and Darnelle/Rex the year before that, although I was happy Rachel won in the end.

I have chosen a few winners over the BB years, and many of my favourites make it to the finals week also

Craig BB1
Pete BB7 ( Gone off him since though)
Rachel BB9
Never watched BB10
CBB's, not watched that many.
