yep, it's positively the thing to do.

I wonder how many of those who think it's hilarious - would actually find it so funny if they'd drank tea or coffee, made from water boiled in such a kettle.

they had to legally change their name and had ONLY to be referred to as their new names by the housemates

so of course forum members referred to them as halfwit/dogface.

highlighted the salient point here..... by the housemates. Not by the general public or fms on here (which is what Kerry was referring to: people on here referring to Jay as Justin Waggot).

my youngest 2 kids are not known by their 'formal sunday names'.

also, my dad's name was james, but he was only known as jim.

what about tom and alex? are their names not shortened? do you insist on writing their names in ful?

shortening a man's name to jay is quite popular for names starting with j

I like Jay [although his thug-like comments disgust me], but I used to find him quite dull. It's weird, had they shown him '****ting in the freezer', or whatever happened, I might have actually liked him a lot more than I have. After all, it would've been one of the most interesting and funny things he's done in the house...

Yes I am serious, him '****ting in the freezer' sparked potentially one of the biggest discussions surrounding Big Brother this year. Can you imagine if they had actually shown it? I don't understand why people constantly fail to see that the success and basis of this show is built around discussion and debate.
