I normally take some paracetamol before I go to sleep. If I'm in a stable situation that is.
It normally catches the headache before it arrives.

But an ice cold can of coke goes down a treat in the morning.

I hate iron bru so much, but oddly I can drink iron bru wkds...which are pretty much exactly the same :S

Loads and loads of water Im always so thirsty the next day. I dont always keep the water down though.. hate them killing hangovers
