I agree with this, I think last year she outshone Kelly Rowland and felt in control, this year she is being overshadowed by Nicole and I dont think she likes it, at times she looks bored with it all..Maybe she is not to happy with Simon as allegedly he told Cheryl she could sack either Tulisa or Kelly last year so she could return, you wouldnt be a very happy bunny if that is true.

Good person i'd say who has persevered from a very young age to make it, credit where it's due. Good example for anyone who is looking to make it into the industry; persistence pays off.
As for being a mentor, i find her a bit cringe-worthy. The way she, in a serious not pissing about manner, goes on and on (mostly on the xtra factor) about the various techniques shes employs to help out her acts is not needed, especially when it's spouting out cliches. |

She is obviously a good mentor, the only judge who hasn't ****ed up a song choice yet!! She has toned it down this year, which is understandable because of all the bad press she's been given, i think people need to stop giving her such a hard time.

She gave Lucy Gold Digger to perform and as a result we got a crime to music.

Tulisa is very lucky that the Girls category is basically immune from elimination in the first couple of weeks because if they was in any other category they would have hit the bottom two with those song choices.

Melanie went home! Get over it. Tulisa is quite clearly an excellent mentor, seen as though on most polls her acts are always towards the top, the only judge this year to have escaped the bottom 2 as of yet and oh what else? Who won last year? And with what category? That's right, Tulisa won with a girlgroup that were 100/1 pre live shows. You just put all blame on Tulisa but give her no credit for what she has achieved as a mentor on the show. |

2. This has nothing to do with her poor decision tonight. 3. Little Mix never would have won last year if they wasn't given every late slot, The Risk and Sophie being dismantled, and Amelia missing half the series so if anything the producers deserve the most credit for last years winner.

And again, you completely undermime everything Tulisa did for the girls. Who was the one that first gave them a market? On the first few live shows, who really hammered an appeal for the girls? Who, despite them being favourite to leave the first live show, kept them in the competition when she could have easily dropped them and just gone for an apparently easier ride? Who was the only mentor that looked fully invested in their acts - going out of her way to spend time with the girls? As a Little Mix fan, I am extremely grateful for everything Tulisa did for the girls. And trust me, that was alot. Last edited by Apple202; 14-10-2012 at 09:35 PM. |

She was better last year. I like her. I like that she seems strong, is opiniated and articulate. She has good things say but this year, she's a bit different.

A rude bitch that should be sacked after countless times of not making the right decisions.
Already she's ruining Ella's chances of winning.

Little Mix won because they were seen as a 'we won't steal your boyfriends' girl-group, every girl-group before them were not even seen as remotely like-able etc.
And you make it out as if Tulisa did everything, the girls had their say as well and people vote on the act, not the mentor. And this 'only judge not to be in the B2 is bollocks' SHE HAS 3 STRONG ACTS FFS, OF COURSE THEY WILL BE SAFE EARLY ON. The overs had fodder, Rylan was never going to get a lot of votes and a group was going to split votes. |

2) You're only saying that because they were top 2. It's easy to say that the top 2 were only there because other's were sabotaged, but really? I wouldn't say Amelia was sabotaged, 3/5 times she was in she had pimp slot, I wouldn't say Misha was either, saved 3 times doesn't scream 'sabotage' to me.. Quote:
