This is another BB mess of their own making likely, their meddling has ruined this series.

Unless they all got one, Gina should not have even had a phone call, so no she shouldn't be ejected,if she was told not to ask certain things and did, then good on her for kicking BB in the teeth for their rotten bias in my view.

BB has done away with so many accepted rules and other things this series, Gina could claim that if she was told not to say anything as to certain things in the phone call that because it is 'secrets and lies' she thought they were joking.

They probably should if that's how it went down. If Gina told not to ask about something or avoid specific topics and she blatantly disregarded, then she should get the boot....

She won't of course, Big Brother is so soft these days and the amount of outside contact this season has been way over the top. I bet they won't even show this and it'll just get swept under the rug. I agree with the people who have said they're past caring anymore, this has to be one of the worst executed BB's of all time...
