Dexter was fully aware that no free pass was going to be won.
Unlike everyone else he was the only one that wanted the golden ticket won.
Maybe he did not vote Charlie in case it was a double bluff like the safe house or maybe it was because she stood against his decision and said it was only fair that they were all up.
One thing is for sure, he was bullsh*tting when he said he thought someone might change their minds and vote for Sophie. They all made it perfectly clear they were voting for who they liked.

It's kinda inevitable though. Sexy Dexy's odds are rapidly catching up with Sam's. Dexter is now well placed to win.

Charlie just want to be shown she is loved.That all. There is no drama here.She is sensitive. Jackie HER DODGY MOTHER did not give her the love she needed during her life and this is why she felt insecure. Dexter was not selfish as he said he did not want the ticket and he want someone else to have and he chose Sophie as he thought sophie was the fav.

If he knew no pass was going to be won anyway..how is it throwing her under a bus? I would actually say the opposite, though obviously I dont know what he was thinking..but maybe he thought (due to the safehouse twist last time) that anyone who got a vote was up for eviction or something

Or it could be the other way..if you are one of those who thinks everythings a gameplan with him, he thought anyone who didnt get a vote was automatically up, and he thinks he has a better chance (when he is inevitably nominated) against charlie.
