Annie.. It's awful. But the fact I'm so sore must mean its doing something I suppose. Dave did it without weights the first time and he's nowhere as sore as I am, so is recommend using the weights

Hurry up and do it and we can share pain stories!

I'm going to do it tomorrow my weights are in the shed (along with my cross trainer, gym ball, bike etc ) so I'll get them out tomorrow...and let you know how I get on...(if you don't hear from me, assume I'm dead)

It's really really awful but it's only 20 mins!

What surgery are you having?

I've had tests for this and that, and will be having my gall bladder out shortly.
Lost quite a bit of weight so looking forward to strengthening up.
