Idk, but if I cook something it's always using the microwave/George foreman grill because I don't know how to turn the cooker/oven on, so it's probably nothing special

I'm always happy when I try something new and it works first time, like a tarte tatin I made once or this meringue roulade. I tried to make profiteroles the other day and they were a disaster, same with the first time I tried ice cream(too icy) and pretzels(too salty, though that could have easily been remedied). Oooh I made good churros once.

Also just stuff I can make all the time well, lemon meringue pie, pavlova, banana bread, brownies, muffins, cupcakes, curmble, cookies, risotto, home made pizza etc.
