Lee seems to have changed his mind fairly quickly. Before he went in he said

“I’d never snog anyone on live TV – my kids would be watching.

“It’s more public, isn’t it? It’s not like kissing in Sainsbury’s. It’s kissing in front of millions of people, with a microphone on so you can hear all the slobbering,”

It's hard to know if he's serious about Casey or not. It seems fairly soon for them to be kissing. I seems like they are both kissing for the fun of it an with Lee saying he finds Jasmine more attractive so Casey is Lee's second choice. I don't expect these two to last when they get out. Although they do have some chemistry.
