..yeah there has to be filters and boundaries regardless of a dislike for someone otherwise what an unpleasant world it would be..if her behaviour was equated to the internet and we all find annoying people on the internet etc at times and go off muttering how annoying they are but if we all abused and insulted them then we've only harmed ourselves by going to that level and it's also a level with no value and all it would ever breed is more negativity which is what it brings to Helen....

I have thought this throughout the series when people seem to condone the virtues of "I say IT how it is" and "he/she says it to your face" etc. It made me think of a section from the book"The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy":-

I am fairly certain that it was Ash himself that had upset Ashliegh and not his realtionship with Helen. Later when Ash heard about Ashliegh's attempt to get him evicted in which, I believe Ashliegh with her voiced hope that he would leave actually saved him, Ash decided to sort out whatever his differences were with Ashliegh. These things have been mentioned by the HM's but not actually shown to the public.
