I''m going over to vapes once I have smoked all my duty frees from Vietnam. I'm not addicted to nicotine, I AM addicted to the act of smoking. My son had a vape around here a coupla months ago and I loved it.

I honestly believe this will help me stop cigs. I can inhale, then exhale big puffy clouds. That'll do me.

I quit smoking october 21st 2013 have not touched a cig since .. although new problem now I am addicted to e-cigs lol started with the rechargeable 10 motives cartridges e-cig (refills almost £8) but finally managed to find e-juice in the high street (thank you asda) saved a fortune (starter kit £10 (everything you need +a small juice) replacement items - clearomiser £3, Battery £7 juice £3 It does work took away my nicotine cravings and keeps me sane (if that's possible )

I've not had 1 real cigarette since August 2013.. I just need to start weaning myself off the efag now! I use the VIP one and love it.. And I've saved myself over 3k!
