I don't think there's a clear path to victory for either Hopkins or Perez at this point. They're both polarising figures, so I think the order people go beforehand will determine how votes redistribute themselves.

I suspect it will be:

7th - Kav
6th - Michelle
5th - Calum

I suspect if supporters of those are going to revote, they're likely to be anti-Perez and will support Hopkins, based on those evictees being affiliated with 'Team Hopkins'.

4th - Katie P

I suspect her votes will split between Perez and Keith, for those who revote.

3rd - Perez

Any revotes at that point will go to Keith, so I guess it just depends how much time people have from when Perez is evicted to when voting closes for good.

If I had to guess:

2nd - Katie H

1st - Keith

I could easily be wrong (obviously), but I just can't see Perez or Hopkins having a clear path to victory. There's too much calculated voting going on based on the anti- movements, so I think Keith will benefit from that the most. Unless, of course, there isn't much time to vote, assuming Perez is third. At that point, the vote may have been split to the point that Hopkins manages to keep her edge.

I'd be surprised if Hopkins never beat Perez. From what I've observed on forums and twitter, Anti-Hopkins are divided between Perez, Katie P and Chegwin. The anti-Perez side, however, seems to largely sway towards Hopkins.

It'll be an interesting final, whoever wins. The unpredictability of it makes it all the more entertaining.

personally I cant see Perez beating either Cheggers or even Pricey and defo not Hoppo and its not a forgone conclusion that Callum can be wrote off yet, he is my dark horse.

Sadly Michele and kav are history on Wednesday and my gut feeling is that Perez might be first out on finals night as his fan base are made up from people that don't really vote that much. he seems to have the forum votes but not John and Mary Lunchbucket on the outside.
