Yes if it was a bloke it would not be a problem.
Why was she on stage - drunk I guess
He was trying to get his Guitar riff going
and someone rude had got on stage.

A proper manager
would not allow that

It's still not an excuse to punch someone in the face. These people paid to see this arsehole, he should be happy anyone still does and gets that enthusiastic about him
