Amendments to the Constitution of Ireland have to be voted for by referendum legally. I don't think they'd be having one for this unless they had to, they won't be having one for gay couples adoption, I think they're just putting that through

Civil rights/civil liberties should never be put up for a vote. This is ridiculous.
