Depends on what you're saying. If KH said some of the things Helen has said, it wouldn't matter how calmly she said them, I'd hate her as much as I hate Helen.
It may not add up to you but it adds up to me, Helen and Katie aren't comparable imo.

I can't make my mind up on her I really likes her when she first went in then I couldn't make my mind up on her then I really disliked her for a couple of weeks but she's been much more enjoyable and I've warmed to her a lot more these past few days.
