Marc and Sam are the worst two castings for me. Marc as he got casted to play the "Character, villain, riler..." etc. And Sam as she was a total dud. The 4in4out was done to bring in better personalities than the ones going out (?) and it was a complete injustice for Sarah to get swapped out with bloody Sam of all people - total non-entity.

Casting was awful this year, the original housemates were garbage and any with potential were evicted....this year has been the worst ever, the old faces coming back has been the best part.

I think they all deserved to be cast. Nothing is inherently wrong with any of them as individual housemates. The issue for me is that the mix of housemates turned into something bland.

I do take issue with someone saying Marc, Cristian etc are not deserving because of their careers yet supporting Jade. Jade was a fantastic housemate and the one eviction I really disagreed with but she also works in media and even auditioned for the same reality show Marc was on in Dublin. To clarify I think Jade & Marc were both deserving housemates, I'm just disagreeing with a false distinction between their eligibility for the house.

Thought I'd vote for loads, but in the end decided on just Cristian and Sam.

I think all the others have interesting aspects to justify casting them. That's not to say they have all delivered on their potential.

I still think the 4in/4out night was the shows downfall, not the cast. Three that left that night were 3 of the most opinionated people in the house which is always a lot to take away from the show.
