Two things that stuck out

1) Lauren was never top and 2) She didnt beat 4th Impact by much when she knocked them out.

If only 4th Impact had hit the bottom 2 a week earlier, they might have had a rebound enough to get them to Week 6.

Simon was taking them out at first opportunity as he knew that they was never going to win and he wants them to do well after the show.

Making them go out the first time gives them a martyr status that an act loses if they start going in there multiple times.

If you're a 4th Impact fan you should be happy about that because it stopped their name being dragged through the mud.
