No I only drink a few times a year but I don't see any problem with someone having a glass 3 or 4 times a week with meals as long as they only have one serving each time.

No, not nightly... I'm just an occasional drinker...when the mood strikes me...and that isn't too often tbh

I definitely couldn't drink alcohol on a nightly basis. The last time I drank two nights in a row I was sick straight after my first drink

I used to drink a good few times a week when I was 18 because the whole clubbing thing was new to me, since 2014 I haven't that much, but I am starting to more lately.

I drink occasionally but not every night and I can quite happily go without. I went through a phase when I was at uni where I drank a LOT but it was more of a social thing, I've never really felt the need for it.

Nope. I haven't drank for about 2 months now, first time will be at my wedding on Saturday (then probably more on honeymoon afterwards...)

We have had a bottle of Asti in the fridge for like 4 months now too

I drink alcohol on nights out, on a date, or a cheeky few with friends in a pub. I dont really drink casually at home much - to be healthier.

I'm not old enough to drink legally but my mum let's me drink on the weekend with her if she has wine. Other than that I only drink at house party's.

Actually the person in my family who drinks the most is my Nana, she drinks whiskey and lemonade every night

No, but my mum does and I pretty much hate alcohol because of it.

My returning post is this. I have been bought up in a household where my dad would drink beer every night and my mother would have a drink or six.

They never got drunk but they did have a drink everynight. When I moved out i vowed not to be the same just due to the health concerns but recently ive been having a drink everynight whether its a beer, a glass (or bottle) of wine.

Tonight i have gone through a whole bottle of pink moscato barefoot, as it was reduced BY ONLY 50p to £5.50. My mind told me "It's on offer, so get it and save it for a good night" - a few hours later after my evening cigerette i decided to open it and have a glass only to find that I a teaspoon left (doesnt count as the whole bottle, right?)

So my question to you is, Do you have a drink or twelve every night, or do you just save it for the weekends or special occasions? If you do, is is part of your routine? Do you fancy it? Do you feel like you need it?

Answer below.

Ciao xxxx

..Conzors, always great to see your lovely face on the forum......

....hmmmm, you're asking these question, so maybe you're over-thinking or maybe you have concerns, yourself...are consciously thinking about your alcohol/questioning it...
