It's been brilliant so far. Every HLs show has been interesting, we're seeing more normal and natural conversation too this year and I'm glad BB isn't bombarding the housemates with tasks all the time to create arguments such as 'Who said this in the diary room in confidence?'.

Even though the HMs are probably the biggest set of wannabes ever the series feels more natural than usual.

Sorry but this "please won't somebody think of the children" rubbish doesn't work with BB - if someone is stupid enough to think copying a person as idiotic as Marco then stick then give them a Darwin Award as far as I'm concerned. It's past the watershed, there was a warning. I don't see a problem. Yeah, I want Marco out because the guy is a complete arsehole but trying to be all outraged is actually ridiculous.

I admit to being mildly interested in the show as it unfolds, but my point is that I am not watching the show I love in the sense of BB, I am watching a scripted reality show with no morality boundaries and used as a platform to provide these z listers with notoriety for future monetary gain.

welcome to the new influx of people who think they are god's gift... (in their own minds) sad to watch but sometimes riveting (in this case)

Morality manners etc.. all seem to be a thing of the past in come circles but thankfully there are still some of us that remember what they are

I understand where you are coming from Sam. I think its designed to entertain those that just happen upon it while channel switching, so on that basis, there is no need for character development etc. Its all about instant gratification

Thing is, I voted during the Helen series, I wouldn't even consider it now, and casual viewers aren't going to part with cash either, so the show has morphed into something that really doesn't require audience participation and that means they can get away with the scripted tripe.

Really want to see both houses merge though, the two house twist doesn't seem to make anymore sense since all of them know about it and some of them saw the others in the camera runs a few nights ago smh.

I'm watching...but not really enjoying it like I normally do. Marco is a sexual predator and perverted and I find him extremely uncomfortable to watch.
Laura is just as bad.
So far there has been a lot of uncomfortable viewing and the 2 house thing has been a complete flop...the sooner the houses merge the better and the sooner Marco gets kicked out and his little tramp gets voted out,maybe...just maybe we can watch the sort of BB we all know and love.

As I said in my OP, its getting worse. Manipulation, deceit and now the whole show is all over the place, not even the prods know which way to roll. Its so bad, its getting good, lol.
