I believe that it's somewhat subjective, the "hard" factor. We all set our spectrum of hard and easy. Bottom line, people solve it by dealing with it, with themselves, without giving up - it's the core of everything. Be decisive, don't give up if you make a mistake, even hundred mistakes, just keep it going, slowly it will become easy to deal with. I really believe you can do it, Niamh, i hope you do too. Ecigs now and keep lowering the nicotine level until i get to zero.Started smoking cigs at thirteen.Smoking weed actually got me into cigs.Don't touch drugs npw and only drink on occasion.Feel so much healthier off the cigs.Fitness levels gone up etc plus my hair and clothes don't stink.

Smoked "socially" from age 16 - 23, only when out on the piss, although in 1st year Uni that translated to easily 10-to-20-a-day, 4 days a week .

I've never even been tempted to light one up when sober ... I guess they don't have an addictive effect on me. I very very rarely have one now, basically only if I'm out for a drink with someone who smokes and no one else.


I used to think I just wasn't susceptible to addiction but, as an adult, I am hopelessly addicted to caffeine... so...
