...it's funny having this thread at the same time as the who do we miss on the forum thread and seeing names on there of all different age groups...because all are or have been an essential in making it the forum that we choose to spend our time on and even though we might think, it should be this/it should be that/it could be better etc...we still choose to be here more than any other forum and the age groups are a big part of that...

It makes no difference at all. You can be 4yrs old and talk shyte and 64yrs old and still talk shyte. So maybe focus on trolling as removing those pesky trolls can only improve the site.

I wouldn't care if it was 16+ because I'm that now but I also think there's better things the forum should be policing rather than cranking the age limit up a few years

I mean I could be 14 and register as a 22 year old and nobody would be any the wiser.

Maybe 14+ or something, I don't really think the age limit is an issue though. It's more about the maturity levels of someone than a number (eg. Tom has always been (imo) extremely mature for being one of the youngest and it's refreshing to see that).

I fully agree with the 13+ rule.
The best friend I have on here was only 14 when I joined at 18.
I would not like to see it raised at all,it is fine as it is.
