If they let Sukh and not Arthur then it pretty much confirms they ejected him rather than him walking. Which I have thought all along. Other housemates were reacting to him with violence, so instead of dealing with the violent ones, they ejected him.

Yeah I always thought it was weird that they didn't show Arthur going. Maybe it was a mutual thing? Dunno, it's fishy to say the least
