I hope Emma shows him the clip. So she can put his mind at rest. That he didn't do what Roxanne said.

Pretty much all the housemates were there as witnesses ,yet they didn't clock that it's the same incident. Can't wait for their reactions. I think they assumed it was a private kickboxing session he was having in the parlour or garden .

Even Jermaine said it was pathetic and that Sally could of took those "punches" .

I don't think Ryan will take legal action. He just wants to forget it and move on with his life.

However, what can Ryan sue for "Wrongly accussing him of hitting Roxy" ? But he did hit her (although it was play-punching)

Also, who started it ? answer Ryan by going over to Roxy and punching her.

Although Ryan and Roxy had history and didn't get along. They never interacted with each other in the house. Ryan did his thing, whilst Roxy did hers. It could have stayed that way throughout their term on CBB. Like two ships sailing past each other in the night.

However, it can be perceived that Ryan initiated the hostility by punching Roxy.
Out of all the people in the house, he could of so easily play-punched an ally, like Ben or Dan, but no...…. out of all the people he could have chosen in the house he went over to the person he disliked and punched her.


Public opinion can change very quickly. Even on this forum people are beginning to turn against him (fan praise getting to his head and becoming arrogant).
Also a lawsuit, could be perceived as cocky Ryan, with his head in the clouds, continuing the lynch mob, by continuing the suffering of someone when they are already down and at the lowest of the low.

Best advice for Ryan is to move on whilst he still on top and has public opinion on this side. (as the only direction you can move from the top is downward)

I honestly don't know how anyone can still defend her ,even if she's "mentally ill" it's still horrible what she did .

If I saw any of the housemates doing what Roxanne did to Ryan I'd instantly STOP Liking them and I'd call them out of their vile BS , no matter who it is got to be held accountable ! .

I don't like this softly softly approach,even Emma tried to grill her .

Even from the far away footage ,camera still zoomed in online newspaper and on the vine show and he was NOWHERE near her ribs , he was mostly near her arms but he barely touched her he just hovered around her And I doubt his ring even touched her . If he hit her as hard as she's making out then

1. She would of collapsed on the floor / maybe even knocked unconscious
2. The impact would of made her fall back and not able move properly without pain
3. She wouldn't be laughing about shrinking his laundry
4. She'd remember which side of her body hurts and not change her mind
5. The punches would of caused physical bruises
6.She would of been rushed to hospital for a check up
7. Ryan would of IMMEDIATELY been removed if he was that aggressive & violent

Had she said the words " I lied" he would have had a case but without her saying it,I don't think he could sue her and lets be honest he will make a small fortune talking about it and no one believes her so no point really in doing so

You are correct there.
Although the footage showed she lied and Emma did point out in the interview, that she could have destroyed his career, which Roxanne didn't dispute.

I'm sure you are spot on though, more satisfaction, personal and likely financial, will ensue from him talking about that period, rather than drawn out court action.
