at school, and almost starting with my job at that farm i worked (totally unaware of the big mess to come there )

really weird lifestyle they got there on that farm and the house i lived in for 1 1/2 years, i also lost a lot of weight when i lived there, currently i am back to a healthier weight

they bought a tv there but they never use it, it just stands there unplugged

Ten years ago - I was a shop waster with no prospects

Now - university graduate working in a school with kids who have behavioural difficulties.

Ten years ago I was single and going out drinking every weekend and struggling to hold down a job

Now I'm a married dad of two kids. Holding down 2 jobs and my own house.

A lot of change

Oops, that didn't come out right!

What I meant was it wasn't the right job for me, I just attached myself to the first job that came along and didn't care about it either way. I was wasting a position which could have gone to someone who wanted it, and could have gone far in retail.
