Idris Elba would be an uninspired choice. If they go down the POC route, then John Boyega or Daniel Kaluuya would be a good fit.

Idris Elba seems to be the best choice imo, he's a good actor, I don't see any reason why he shouldn't be considered.

Til would be amazing as Bond, and also he has got some good hollywood experience, being supporting actor alongside the likes of Stallone, Bruce Willis, Angelina Jolie, been also in Tarantino's Inglorious Bastards

and few decent roles in action spy movies like ''this means war'' and ''atomic blonde''

Gerard Butler for me ,he was once listed in the running but don't know if he still is,he may be too old now,but he is Scottish,has the looks and I think he would make a good James Bond, I like the thought of Idris Elba too.
