If you are participating as Angola, France, or United States, you must vote in the first semi-final. If you are Albania, Denmark, or Philippines, you must vote in the second semi-final. If you do not vote, your votes will be replaced by aggregated results.

I don't see a survey. Also our 6 countries can't vote for any of them at all? So I vote courtesies that ain't mine, is that right?

Barry, for the Big 6, Angola can only vote for countries that have been in the first semi-final.

Like in Eurovision, say Czech Republic can vote for other songs in their semi, but they can't vote for themselves.
