If they're gonna be blocking roads, I'd rather they focused on things like non-renewable energy, and construction of warehouses and housing estates over green areas instead of newspapers tbh. Blockade places which are actually part of the problem they're fighting against.

I'm not a fan of extinction rebellion, theyre a tad on the extreme side and a bit groupthinky.

However, also, SCREAMING at the description of the UK filth tabloids as "the free press" . I wish I lived in that headspace, the world must seem so friendly.

I think in this instance groupthink is a good thing, to have many people focussed on the importance of the future outcome. The logic and reasoning based on sound scientific fact it's hard to disagree with any of their goals.

Any anti establishment body is going to be mocked and ridiculed but it's for the greater good, progress was never made sitting on your hands was it?

We don't have a 'free press' and it gets less free by the day, sometimes that just has to be made screaming obvious.
