…but if he hadn’t flown, there would have been a different way…I’m sure it wasn’t thought, oh hijacking an aeroplane is the only way so wouldn’t that be a fortunate thing if he was to fly…this hijacking can not be tolerated…there has to be a world stand against this…

Think of the trauma too to other passengers.

This has not ONLY to must have the lip service condemnation but have all Nations absolutely furious such an act could be done.
However massive repercussions must come into being against Belarus for this, and for any other leaders and Countries that support it.

Air travel has to be safe, when incidents happen, other government's of the World talk big but end up doing very little.
Including ours.

This issue is extremely concerning it could even be thought of never mind carried out.
An air travel company has to be able to ensure the safety of it's passengers.

This is horrendous and frightening.

This is a disgraceful act from him and Belarus.
Aircraft have to be safe flying over other Nations.

That has to be a given on commercial air travel.

ONLY a dictator would allow this to happen, or if he didn't approve, apologise and restore trust in the safety of travel over his Country.
