Looks like it but it could be that harry has been named in some cases and not William and also that Harry admitted to using drugs and William has not.

They were more than buddies, they were joined at the hip, Biggie was on Puffy's record label Bad Boy, and they were always together. That being said, Puffy is and always has been shady af. I doubt in truth he ordered Biggie's hit, but i reckon he was privy to it.

Tupac's death was a Blood/Crips retaliation. Im not sure Puffy was involved in that, in all happened in the same night, the fight in the Casio lobby, then Pac getting shot later that night. But the East Coast/West Coast war was in full swing at this point. And i do reckon Puffy had offered people money to kill Pac.
