He is not a working royal so he is not entitled to the protection that comes with the job

You can’t leave the job and expect to keep being given a company car

He has taken it to the highest court in the land twice and been told he is not entitled to it

He is a Prince but he walked away from Royal duties and is no longer a working Royal...
If he comes here to represent the Royal family or is invited by his father he will get Royal protection. However as he 'quit' as a working Royal he will no longer represent them...so if he comes here on his own merit I do believe he gets protection but on a lower level.

Its irrelevant. He is no longer a working royal. He does not even live in this country anymore. If you quit the job you lose the benefits. Because he is family he still gets entitlements but he cannot get that level of protection. Being born into it does not automatically give you that level of protection unless you dedicate yourself as a 'working' Royal.

Glenn has more respect (seemingly) for a prince (actually just a duke now, surely) who left the royal family, contributes nothing to the family nor the country, moved abroad and badmouthed his whole family... and now wants to be welcomed back.
