It does seem that way, especially with the four contestants being the bottom 4 across most polls/betting sites.

Think at least the bottom 3 surely is a combination of Segun, Sarah and Thomas?

They may have just decided to go with 5th and 6th based on the odds, as that's what the public expects. Whether that is actually the case...

Think Sarah and Thomas would go. Would love the former to stay and Nathan go. Considering the "stop the gloats" furore maybe they like the idea of Sarah getting a backdoor eviction.

tactical voting only really stands a chance when you get down to the last 2 or 3 and by then its probably too late to change the outcome

I personally think once the final 2 or 3 are announced, positions will change and Ali will go from 1st to 2nd.

I think they will, I think every time a new HM is evicted, 5 more votes will be added. The only thing that may have kept Ali in front is the votes not being reset and I hope she has had enough of a head start to get there, but I just don't see it. I'd be thrilled, but I think Marcello or Hanah have this but can't decide which.

Deciding where best to place a vote out of multiple people to ensure Ali doesn't win is tactical If it wasn't you'd spread votes across those your support. It's not bad thing, just shows Ali's popularity that's all.

Yes, she does.

And no, again, tactical voting would be voting for someone you don't want to win in the hope of preventing someone you really don't want to win, win. For example, if we all said "lets vite for Marcello, he's 2nd fave, don't really care for him, but we gotta try stop Ali for winning" that would be tactical voting.

However, we want Hanah to win, and naturally, no matter who she's against, giving her all 5 votes gives her the better chance of winning. Literally taking Ali out of the equation, the point still stands. You're better off picking one of say two or three you want to win, in order to give that HM a better chance.
